World leaders are hailing a diplomatic agreement between the Ethiopian government and regional forces from Tigray. Just over a week since formal peace talks began in South Africa, both sides have agreed to cease hostilities in a two-year war that's killed thousands, and left millions displaced and starving. But as Manny Tsigas reports, some questions remain unanswered.
