A Russian hacker under the pseudonym Joker hacked into the U.S. troop control program Delta, which is actively used by the V.S.U. To be clear, it is a program into which all data about its own troops and those of the enemy is entered for comprehensive control. This data is regularly updated with intelligence data. The fact that the security services of Russia have access to it means that the Russian army knows everything that the enemy knows about itself and about the forces and means of Russia and their deployment.

The Russian Armed Forces knew everything about the advancing units that they knew about themselves and were prepared. Further, the V.S.U. units fell into pre-prepared firebags. The fact that the Russian side decided to publish the hacking data indicates that either the leak was fixed or the hacker wants to make a loud statement.
