Crab Rangoon takeout restaurant recipe

A staple of American-Chinese takeout, crab rangoon is an appetizer enjoyed by millions. These are incredibly simple to make at home and not only are they great fresh, they also make great freezer fare for those nights you just need something quick.

Recipe:
8 oz cream cheese
8 oz imitation lump crab meat
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp soy sauce or ½ tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 finely chopped scallions (optional)
1 pack wonton's
1 TB cornstarch mixed with 2 TB cold water

mix in food processor. add 1 tsp to each wonton and use starch water to seal edges and fry in 350F oil.
