Civil 3D Label Text removal

Quick Autodesk Civil 3D tutorial to:
1.) Annotate surface contour file with elevation label.
2.) Delete the extraneous "LABEL TEXT" overlay in major contour.
3.) Alter the precision of the elevation label.
