On Wednesday, 2 NOV 22, on the 123rd EPISODE, of New Paradigms with Sargis Sangari, KATHLEEN MURRAY: #GOP Nominee for the #Illinois State #Senate, District 21, joined me to discuss the upcoming 8 NOV 22 Mid-Term general elections.

Kathleen is endorsed by The Freedom Alliance, Illinois State Rifle Association, Illinois Family Action, Safe Suburbs USA, Stand for Health Freedom, and Manufacturing and Technology Association. Kathleen Murray is the Chief Creative Officer (#CCO) for Titanium Technologies (#titaniumtech) and a small business owner of a local restaurant, Lola’s Ristorante, in downtown Wheaton, IL. She is also the owner of a food truck called #Saucykat, featured on the #foodnetwork as a six-part docu-series following Kathleen’s journey as a business owner.

On 23 DEC 21, Kathleen found herself 15 feet away from one of the two #shooters who opened fire at the Suburban #OakbrookMall. After the attacks, Kathleen committed to running for office to change the direction of the state of Illinois.

Kathleen recently drafted a “Parent’s Bill of Rights” that she will introduce into Legislation aimed at protecting parents’ fundamental rights by countering the Illinois government’s overreach. This Bill ensures that parents, not the government, can make decisions for the well-being of their children.

However, if a proposed Amendment #1 to the Illinois Constitution, named the “workers’ right amendment,” is passed by IL voters during this year’s general election, any IL State unions would have the power to make elements of the Parents Bill of Rights, that conflict with their contracts, to be deemed #unconstitutional.

For example, the #teachersunion could decide that only “qualified professionals” can determine the curriculum, books, lectures, and materials, including controversial topics of their choice, such as Critical Race Theory (#CRT) and #sexeducation.

Also, they would be able to require permanent #masks, school shutdowns, or #Covid#vaccines to be a requirement in #schools to “protect #teachers” in the workplace as part of their “safety in the workplace” contracts.

Amendment 1 is a power grab and grants #government#unions power over the law concerning anything that falls within their contracts. This Amendment goes beyond the scope of simple concern about higher #taxes. This Amendment, if passed, is an attack on our #liberty and freedom as #Americans, and the public needs to be aware of the severe consequences if such Amendments are nationalized.

Kathleen and I also discussed the technical process of how the #SAFETAct was pushed through the Illinois #legislature. Even though the law is #unconstitutional, with 100 out of 102 counties #StatesAttorneys#suing to stop its implementation, it’s most likely that the Illinois Attorney General, #KwameRaoul, will not sue Illinois Governor J. B. #Pritzker over its passing. Governor Pritzker is a significant funder of Kwame Raoul’s campaign in the 2022 midterms.
