The SEC inaction reminds me of a 3rd world law enforcement agency They act like they are going after the bad actors but in reality they are taking a cut of the illegal profits They go on TV and claim they are enacting new laws and regulations but in reality the rules mean nothing if no one enforces them It’s like the Colombian going after Pablo Escobar they claim they want to arrest him but they all taking a cut of the profits
