Ukraine restores railway in recaptured Kharkiv

The head of Ukraine's railways vowed on Wednesday (November 2) to keep trains running and to repair the damage done to the network by Russian troops, highlighting how rail is the lifeblood of the country and how it would help to restore towns devastated during the invasion.
