Bereaved parents call for better maternity care after damning report

Parents whose babies died due to NHS failings say that urgent improvements are needed to maternity care right across the country.

A major report found that at least 45 babies died due to poor care in Kent, but it's just the latest NHS trust to have been found to have failed, with more scandals still emerging.
