Ukraine seeks EU help in recovery of energy systems

Russian airstrikes have seriously damaged more than a third of Ukraine's energy infrastructure. Rolling power cuts were introduced to save energy while engineers carry out repairs. Now the EU seeks ways to help Ukraine with its energy sector.
