Democrat Deception in Arizona - Voter Fraud?

The Democrats have distorted the truth in their election mailings in the past. This mailing is clearly deceptive and would lead the voter to believe that this is truly a non-partisan altruistic organization providing information ahead of an election. The organization's website even claims they are "non-partisan." The organization is named the "Voter Information Center." They are anything but non-partisan though.
