Insane Shoot Out with Homicide Suspect Outside Crowded Milwaukee Nightclubs

Code Three has obtained body worn camera footage from an incident that happened on September 2nd, 2022. Officers from the Milwaukee Police Department observed a suspect wanted in connection to a homicide and other violent offenses including use of a dangerous weapon, and attempting to mutilate a corpse. Uniformed Officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop, at which time the suspect fled in a vehicle which was reported stolen. Officers initiated a vehicle pursuit, the pursuit lasted 25 minutes and involved several police districts and reached speeds of 100 mph. A tire deflation device was deployed, which disabled the suspects vehicle but did not stop it. The suspect entered the freeway ramp and continued in his disabled vehicle. The suspect exited the freeway and drove the disabled vehicle towards the downtown entertainment district. The suspect broke through several barricades put in place by the Milwaukee Police department. The vehicle came to an abrupt stop amidst large groups of people. The suspect exited the vehicle armed with a semi automatic firearm, which he pointed and discharged in the direction of officers. Several officers discharged their service weapons, causing his death.
