Ted Wheeler condemned Portland's homeless problems as a 'vortex of misery,' and shared his ideas on how to qualm the issue, with residents already turning their backs on the city.

Locals told DailyMail.com that they're abandoning the Democrats, who have been in charge for 40 years, because they're sick of crime, drug use and homelessness in the center of the city.
