Any ground issues here?... Ah, yeah. Improper connections, wire path, and color-coding make this a 100% bonafide HACKJOB! For those attempting their own electrical work, remember to:
1. Keep wire behind the finished surface
2. Use 1 continuous length of wire whenever possible
3. Use wire nuts or lever nuts whenever securing 2 or more wires together
4. Use green-insulated or bare copper wires for grounding purposes
