Bolsonaro supporters who disagreed with the results of the election took to the streets in a number of Brazilian cities. They set up roadblocks all over the country.

✔️The most active demonstrations take place along the 1,709 km BR-163 highway that connects businesses in the Amazon basin with ports in the north of the state.

Truck drivers who support Bolsonaro began setting up roadblocks all over the country. Many of them enjoyed the low prices of diesel fuel during Bolsonaro's administration.

✔️ A video from the town of Bela Vista do Caracol which is located near the highway. There is a crowd standing by the burning tires on the road and a tractor pulling something.

The lumber industry, the most developed one in the area, was especially important for the voters: Bolsonaro sought to promote the industrialization of the Amazon, unlike President-elect Lula.

✔️Looting was also reported in Rio de Janeiro after a fire began at the main food distribution center of the metropolis. Security forces fired shots into the air.

The fire caught four service rooms. Police officers fired into the air to prevent people from stealing goods. But it is unlikely that there is any connection between the fire and the protests.
