The Watermelon Seed - Read Aloud Storybook for kids

This funny picture book about a crocodile who loves watermelon raises an interesting question many children encounter. What if you accidentally swallow a seed? What do you do? Our friend is scared of what may happen! Read aloud books are great for naptime, bedtime, travel, or just plain storytime. I hope your kids enjoy this silly little children's book. I didn't explain why watermelon seeds won't grow in your stomach but if your kids ask, the answer is that the human stomach is far too acidic for any seeds to grow there. We either digest them or they take a ride through our body, but there's no reason to worry or fret about accidentally swallowing a seed. They are perfectly harmless. But I remember being worried about it when I was little.

The music in this episode is a famous song called Hava Nagila performed by E's Jammy Jams. Hava Nagila is Hebrew for "Let Us Rejoice"
