Brad Corkill Funds Group That Broke The Law

North Idaho College trustee candidate Brad Corkill donates to the North Idaho Republican group who later uses funds to break the law. It's unclear if it was Corkill's idea. The group paid the maximum penalty. Corkill's name is then removed from the group's website as he starts his NIC campaign.
