SEC filings show that Musk has dissolved Twitter's Board of Directors and is now the company’s sole director. Musk removed nine directors. Since Musk bought the company on Friday he has fired its CEO, The Chief Financial officer and the head of Legal & Policy, who banned President Donald Trump from Twitter. Musk has not said whether Trump will be able to get his account back. It was previously reported that Musk would fire 75% of Twitter's employees. Although he has denied this, up to 50% of Twitter staff may be let go. Musk says the board situation is temporary.
