Grandma's traditional French beef bourguignon recipe!
Let's get sentimental with this traditional french recipe from my Grandma, the Beef Bourguignon with Italian fresh tagliatelle!!
Ingredients:
- Beef brisket 1kg
- Thick bacon 150g
- Carrots 1
- Mini onions 13
- Garlic cloves 2
- Paris Mushroom 200g
- Butter 30g
- Beef stock 50cl
- Flour 60g
- Red wine
- Salt & Pepper
- Bouquet garnis
- Optional side: Fresh tagliatelles, potatoes, rice...
1. Add some butter in a hot pan
2. Cut the thick bacon into lardons and add them into the pan with the onions
3. Cook it for 5 minutes and put aside
4. Add the beef brisket into the same pan with one sliced carrot
5. Cook it for 5mn, stir often
6. After those 5min, add the flour and stir
7. Add the beef stock, the lardons and onions
8. Crush and add the garlic cloves
9. Add the bouquet garnis, red wine, salt and pepper
10. Cover the pan and slow cook for 3 hours
11. Add the mushrooms and cook again for another 30mn

Ingrédients:
- Poitrine de boeuf 1kg
- Lardons 150g
- Carottes 1
- Mini oignons 13
- Gousses d'ail 2
- Champignon de Paris 200g
- Beurre 30g
- Bouillon de boeuf 50cl
- Farine 60g
- Vin rouge
- Sel poivre
- Bouquet garnis
- Accompagnement de votre choix: tagliatelles fraîches, pommes de terre, riz ...
1. Ajoutez du beurre dans une poêle chaude
2. Ajoutez-les lardons dans la poêle avec les oignons
3. Faites cuire pendant 5 minutes et mettez de côté
4. Ajouter la poitrine de bœuf dans la même poêle avec une carotte coupée en lamelles
5. Faites cuire pendant 5mn, sans oublier de remuer souvent
6. Après ces 5 minutes, ajoutez la farine et remuez
7. Ajouter le bouillon de bœuf, les lardons et les oignons
8. Écraser et ajouter les gousses d'ail
9. Ajouter le bouquet garnis, le vin rouge, le sel et le poivre
10. Couvrir la casserole et cuire lentement pendant 3 heures
11. Ajouter les champignons et cuire à nouveau pendant 30mn
12. Bon appétit !!!!
