Ghost gun laws are not effective in preventing crime

Bronx NY - A shooting at a local smoke shop has further demonstrated that the laws against ghost guns has not taken the desired effect that the framers, for it, have devised and advocated for. A repeat offender has been charged with murder and has a history of using such weapons in violent confrontations. This is another failed ideal and society would be better served with harsher penalties, not unilateral bans.
