Speaking to the media at a press conference after talks with Armenian and Azerbaijani leaders, Putin commented on Russia suspending its participation in the grain deal with Ukraine. He pointed out that the decision was based on security concerns, as Kiev’s attack in the Black Sea has jeopardized the safety of both grain export corridors and civilian vessels. He also said that the UN was involved in the matter. ’Let them work with Ukraine, so Kiev guarantees that there are no threats to civilian vessels, and this way we can work’, he added.
