People endure daily shelling in Nova Kakhovka

The fear of coming under a volley of artillery shelling has long been part of life in the city of Nova Kakhovka in the Russian-occupied Kherson region of Ukraine, residents there told Reuters on October 30. Shelling in the city center has become so normal that new sign have been put up to tell residents which side of the street is safest to stand on when the shells rain down.
