OUR OPPORTUNITIES TO SHINE FOR JESUS

15 That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world;

HAPPY HALLOWEEN IN YESHUA GANG!!! Yes, I said Happy Halloween, so deal with it! For those that want to get their panties in a bunch, you need to research your history, as well as the scriptures, and know that God is greater than anything Satan puts in this world. That we are called to be Christ light in the darkness, and that's what I intend to be. In case anybody might not realize, today's the day Christians celebrate, because on this day in 1517, Martin Luther, nailed his 95 theses to the door at Wittenberg, exposing the falsehoods of Catholicism, and is now known as Reformation Day. It's also my mother's birthday, so I would greatly appreciate you showing some respect and how you treat this day.

As I was not only thinking about this morning's passage of scripture, but also the significance of today, these questions from this morning's devotional really challenged my heart, and I'd like to share them with you tonight. I'm reversing the order of the questions, because I believe this is something we need to think about, and I pray that you will do that. Please read these questions and allow God to speak to you through them.

When has someone been light to you in a difficult time?

What I'd like to do with all of you right now, is share some thoughts I have not only on this morning scripture, but also on today, and how we can beat God's lights in this darkness. Please join me in this vlog and learn how you can be God's light in the darkness, and to how to make the most of those opportunities to shine for Jesus! 😊

So, as I close this post with all of you tonight, I'd like to leave you with this final question from this morning's devotional, and I pray that God will challenge you through it.

Where do you see an opportunity to share hope and light with others today?

My prayer for you tonight my friend, is that you do not look on this day as something to completely condemn as evil but look for opportunities to be a witness for Jesus. I pray that you will choose to be God's light in this Dark World, so that Christ Jesus is seen in you, not just today but every day. I pray that especially today you take the time to share the good news of Jesus Christ with all the little trick or treaters out there, as well as their parents, lovingly and compassionately, so that they see Christ in you, and will want to know Him as their savior as well. Don't be afraid of today but shine brightly for Jesus in the darkness!
