Arrests made over deadly Indian bridge collapse

Indian police have launched a criminal investigation into the collapse of a suspension bridge packed with sightseers. More than 130 people have been killed, at least 35 of them under 14 years old. This video contains disturbing images. Lucy Fielder reports.
