Zelenskiy: Moscow is 'blackmailing world with hunger'

Russia said on Saturday (October 29) it suspended participation in July's Black Sea Grain Initiative, which allowed major exporter Ukraine to ship agricultural produce, after Ukrainian attacks on ships in Crimea. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said on Sunday (October 30) that so far, the facts indicate that the Russian leadership is more interested in escalating the food crisis than in implementing the signed documents.
