S. Korea begins probe into deadly Halloween crush

South Korean investigators on Monday (October 31) combed through a narrow and sloping alley where a stampede had erupted, looking for answers as to how a surge in Halloween party-goers days earlier had resulted in a death toll of more than 150 people.
