Plans and strategies are first developed using floor plans and mission briefings, and then missions are executed in real time. Police officers can choose to be equipped with items such as bulletproof shields, anti-tampering devices and tactical ladders. SWAT units also have the option to recruit officers who specialise in different situations, such as snipers and negotiators.
