In this episode I talked with Canadian Filmmaker Jon Du Toit, director of feature length documentary HOAXED. We discuss how the film came into being and some of the key themes such as the epidemic of fake news, political bias, media manipulation and the left-right divide. We also discuss Jon's decision to leave his home country with his family to live in Mexico in order to escape authoritarianism in Canada.
