It's The Side Of Extreme MASERATI Rarely Seen, But That's Why the MC20 Is Needed

This new 2023 Maserati MC20 aims to be the first in its class to be able to compete with such exotic cars as Ferrari, Lamborghini and McLaren. It's gonna be a massive undertaking. Maserati is working very hard to get its cars to market, but it's proving very difficult.

The new MC20 looks spectacular - low to the ground, imposing and dramatic, with two large doors that open like a butterfly. This super car looks great, and has enough power and drama to really show that it is super.

Maserati says that its MC20 is a sports car that delivers the excitement and thrill of a grand tour, and that's quite true. It's much larger than most other two-seat sports cars and the infotainment system is actually very useful and feature-packed. The 10.25- inch display in the center console of this car is not ideal, but for a sports car, it's very good.

Maserati's new MC20 features a V6 engine that uses new F1 technology. Some other car manufacturers are going the hybrid/electronic route, but Maserati has stuck with the technology that is used in its older cars.

It's very, very quick. Acceleration is superb and you can change gears rapidly. It has a maximum torque of 730 Nm, and because it weighs only 1.5 tonnes, it can go from 0-60 km/h in just 2.9 seconds.

The main difference that the MC20 has from other supercars is the sound it produces. You won't hear any screaming noises like a V8, V10 or V12. It's not even that loud. It just produces musical engine sounds that come from the turbochargers screaming, swooshing and sprinkling as they scramble to try and take air in. It's fun to drive and looks fantastic, in a manner that makes us think of old school sports cars.

Besides the amazing speed, it's a fun car that creates a real driving experience that's not like most other supercars. Lightweight design allows drivers to feel instantly snappy and agile. Being able to drive long distances comfortably also makes the MC20 practical. And because of this, the MC20 is a very special vehicle.
