Silkie Egg Thief Becomes Mama.

My silkie chicken keep steeling eggs from the other nests and she was finally sitting on about 20 when I noticed the mountain she was sitting on. I sorted through the pile and found 6 eggs that were developing, and were almost at the hatching point. I took here up to my garage to separate here from the rosters and the other hens and about 5 days later she hatched all 6 eggs. This video is of the 1st two that hatched. One of the eggs was a full silkie so I believe that one was actually hers with the silkie rooster.
