It doesn’t matter what your goals are, the actual key to achieving them is to write things down. What gets measured gets managed. So if you want to lose weight, the first step is to write down everything you eat. If you want to have a better relationship with your kids, start writing how often you tell them, “I love you.” If you want to have a better marriage, write things your wife does you appreciate and tell her, “Thank you.”
Make a record of these things and you can improve on them day by day, bit by bit.
