A Kingdom of Priests - Show Notes

Summary:
It is interesting to note that Paul never once used the word “priest” or “priesthood” in any of his epistles, yet there is clearly a priesthood that reigns with Christ on His return. Why is this? Are we the priesthood of God? Let’s examine the Scriptures.

Scriptures:
Revelation 1:5-6, Revelation 5:9-10, Revelation 20:4-6, Matthew 4:17, Matthew 10:5-7, Exodus 19:3-6, Jeremiah 31:31-34, Hosea 5:15, 1 Peter 2:9-10, Matthew 21:33-44, Isaiah 5:1-7, Luke 12:31-33, Hebrews 3:1, Hebrews 4:1, Hebrews 7:12-19, Hebrews 8:7-13, Hebrews 10:19-31, Romans 11:13, Romans 11:25-27, Romans 5:8-11, 2 Timothy 2:11-13, 2 Timothy 4:8, Revelation 5:9-10

I use a Tyndale large print King James Bible that can be found here:

Takeaway:
The New Covenant to Israel states that they will receive the blotting out of sins (atonement) “after those days.” The days are the 70th Week of Daniel. As saved Gentiles in Christ’s Body (not His Priesthood) we have already received forgiveness or blotting out of sins. We don’t wait for a future day of atonement. Two groups at the end of the tribulation will be reigning on earth: Priests and Kings. In my opinion, we will be the Kings over nations, and Israel will be the Priesthood that will go ye therefore and teach all nations.
