Hi and welcome to Super Learning.

You’re listening to a recording of white noise with Isochronic Beats incorporated underneath. The term "isochronic" refers to sharp distinctive pulses of sound. What your brain will mimic and resonate with is the frequency of those pulses (silence and tone). Stereo headphones are not required to achieve the desired effect.

The optimal brain frequency for Super Learning is between 9-13Hz, known as Alpha State, which allows you to connect directly to your Long-Term Memory. This means that you don't need a lot of repetitions to memorize and understand a subject. It also improves the capacity of your Short-Term Memory. Using this technology, the path to knowledge can be cut by up to 70%.

Being in Alpha State allows you to maintain focus for extended periods of time, which can be beneficial in the case of any type of attention disorder. You should not, however, stay in deep focus for more than 45 minutes at a time. It is ESSENTIAL that you take at least a 15-minute break.

The learning process is divided into two stages: acquiring new data and integrating it with existing knowledge. To make the most of your "break time," listen to the audio INTEGRATION, where the desired brain frequency is between 4-8Hz, also known as Theta State. This state allows your brain to slow down and relax, allowing it to form new pathways and integrate new and old information.

Have fun with the process and happy learning:)
