This beef is so delicious, super flavorful and very tender. Most of the country’s production occurs on natural pastures and grassland.

I grilled up a few ribeye steaks and paired them with crispy Parmesan mashed potatoes. I also made an amazing compound butter.

Cajun butter

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
• 2 teaspoons garlic powder
• 2 teaspoons black pepper
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
