Can You Beat SF EX2+ With Just Heavy Kick?!

I've played through Street Fighter EX2 Plus's arcade mode multiple times, some without even losing a single round. This time I decided to challenge myself.

This time I want to see if you can beat SF EX2+ using just Heavy Kick. This also means I can't use Excel. How hard could it be?
