CONCRETE RECYCLING? Can Cement Concrete be Recycled?

Concrete is one of the most used construction materials in the world; today, the majority of the world is made up of concrete. However, when a building made from concrete losses its value and gets demolished, the demolished concrete is just wasted for nothing. They get piled up in landfills and moreover, more concrete is needed to make new construction at that demolished site, which requires more aggregate and cement, whose extraction and production can create pollution and destroy nature in different ways.
