Australia Al-Quds U-turn

Australia has reversed its recognition of West Al-Quds as the capital of Israel, saying its embassy remains in Tel Aviv.

Canberra expressed its regret about the decision made by the previous administration to recognize West Al-Quds as the capital of Israel in 2018. Australia was one of the few countries with embassies in al-Quds.
