The Miami Brandelorium got an exclusive interview with Vicenzo, Assistant Manager of Inari in Downton, and Chef Rey, Head Chef of Inari Downtown, where they gave us insight into the history of Inari Sushi Fusion and its owner, Pedro Gonzalez's journey of creating this brand. Chef Rey also allowed us to see how their amazing dishes are prepared and introduced us to a Sushi Roll called "Lomo Saltado Roll" which represents the pinnacle of these Japanese/Peruvian fusion dishes.
