Germany dusts off its nuclear fallout shelters

The increasingly dire nuclear warnings regarding the war in Ukraine have brought a relic of the Cold War back into discourse in Germany: shelters to protect the public from a conflict on their soil. Reuters visited two such facilities, one decommissioned by the government and another made for private use. Matthew Larotonda reports.
