I kept forgetting to take the mango out of the freezer and defrost it. So I ended up not being able to do the Betrayal and Broken Trust Stabilizer until this evening.

As far as the taste goes it was pretty good, it tasted like something an adventurous bartender would serve you on a tropical vacation. I liked it

My shot wasn’t as light in color as the one in the book and I bet that’s because my mango wasn’t fresh so it probably wasn’t as juicy.

I don’t feel anything immediately after drinking it but I am going to wait and see what happens.

I did have something very strange happen to me today about 24 1/2 hours after I had the Negative Energy Exposure shot. I had this moment where I was walking down the stairs and I had this feeling like this grey cloud was lifted off of me and for about two minutes I could see my life clearly without the filters of the wounds I carry.

I was able to see myself in a truly compassionate light. It only lasted maybe two minutes but it rocked me to my core. It gave me a glimpse of how beautiful my internal life could be without these filters.

Anyway it motivated me to really commit to these shots. I want to build on this. I want more moments like that.

Did anyone else experience this?
