We invited Kent Clothier– an entrepreneur, real estate investing and scaling expert, cofounder of Avengers Mastermind, and founder of The Boardroom Mastermind– for today’s show.

Kent barely graduated high school, but the entrepreneurial spirit runs in his blood. Inspired by his father, who is also an entrepreneur, he found creative ways to generate income and be successful in his field.

In this episode, Kent shared how he almost lost thousands of dollars when his entire rehab project in Port St. Lucie, Florida was hit by a severe category 3 or 4 hurricane. Nonetheless, not all storms leave destruction, as proven by this nerve-wracking experience allowed him to bounce back into a new beginning.

The way we see the world is there are 5 escapes if you want to get to the place that you desire – Get out of the technical transactions, solve much bigger problems, be more strategic as to where the business is going, manifest that you will be the biggest shareholder, and lastly, be the investor.
