INTROSPECTION - racism, dealing with it + examples. Learning how it triggers is more important.

These are a few things, I am not a psychiatrist, these are just things I have realised through introspection (looking within me and other people and seeing things the way they are through my awareness). Take what I say with a grain of salt, however, we should all agree that this world takes things for face value too much. Labelling something as "damaged" just because it is different is not the way to go. Observing the underlining principles of something is always crucial, because one cannot deal with a problem if they don't understand that usually, each problem is the result of other, deeper, but more significant ones who fester one's being from an unconscious level.
