Prep time: 3 min | Servings: 1 glass | Calories: 115 kcal per glass (approx)
(Ingredients & Instructions)
Add 1 to 2 cups of papaya to a blender jar.
Add 2 tbsps of roasted oats.
Add 1 tbsp of curd/dahi (or low-fat yogurt).
Add 1/3 cup of water.
