Will it RUN first start since 2015, the old gas smell..... ugh: Farmall H SN 36587:

In this short video I replace a few wires and just get the H to run. I wanted to get some run time on the engine to see if it was a worthy candidate for some general upkeep. The last time this ran was 2015- it would not stay running due to carb issues.
