I suggest you download it, transcribe it and use it to you advantage. Find out what it is that you do to "volunteer". Find out what steps you take to stop volunteering. This can carry over to many aspects of your life. This is no difference than needing to be vaccinated to keep your job or go to school. Don't be volunteering for everything.
