Counties in Arizona and Nevada vote to hand-count ballots ahead of midterms

Two counties in Arizona and Nevada have approved the hand-counting of ballots ahead of the 2022 midterm elections. In Cochise County, in the southeastern part of the state of Arizona, and Nye County, in the south-central part of the state of Nevada, officials decided to have ballots counted by hand.
