Cineplex won $1.24Billion settlement against Cineworld Since Cineworld filed for bankruptcy Cineplex wants to revive the merger because I believe they know they will never receive the $1.24 Billion settlement They are both 2 companies fighting to survive while AMC is paying off debt making great investments and their fundamentals are getting better everyday
