Beef and Broccoli Take Out Recipe

Beef and broccoli can easily be made at home every bit as good as take out if you know some simple techniques.

Marinade:
2 lbs beef, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine
2 tablespoons cornstarch

Stir Fry:
2-4 tablespoons oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 Broccoli , cut into florets
4 scallions

Sauce:
1/2 cup soy sauce
2/3 cup water
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon ground white pepper or a pinch of Red Pepper Flakes
1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
