How to refit tyre onto scooter - Aprilia Habana

I get new battery for scooter and it starts. New fuel pump still not playing the game, so I dont know what is wrong with this.

I also show you how i took tyre off, resprayed wheel and variator cover and then got tyre back onto the wheel. Then changed oil and oil filter.
