What do you expect from a 13 year old boy that is being exposed to oral and anal sex and half naked girls since the school lets the children write the dress code.

The Teen-Talk Comprehensive Sex Ed is not age appropriate, not supported by parents, and teachers have spoken against this.

The Board Approves it: 5-0

The Board repeatedly put children in harms way.

The Board approved leaving parents out of gender identity discussions in all K-12 classrooms.

November 2021, The Board hired lawyers to train staff and teachers how to fill out a form to hide gender identity and affirmation at school from parents. They deceivingly call it: 'student's success plan'.

January 2022, Mark McLaughlin removed the legally required parent notification for ask about my child's personal gender identity.
and removed disclosure on a question of suicide from the parent consent letter for the 7th grade California Healthy Kid Survey.

May 2022, violated legal right to 14 day parent notification of sex ed.

June 14, 2022, board meeting, Mark stands behind deliberate removal of parent notification prior to showing a 3rd grade class a video on transgender. He emphasized he would not change anything he did and declared it will happen again.

June 21, 2022, working on how to implement confidential medical appointments, in California they can treat 12 yrs old and older without parent's consent.

This year starts putting LGBTQ books on elementary school campuses and classrooms without notifying parents of the content.

They did not disclose to parents that they were going to allow open gender bathrooms without securing privacy.

There are open urinals and tampon machines in the boys bathrooms.

This is just some of it.

They will cite California law as the reason for all of this.

But let's be clear, there are no laws requiring leaving parents out of the conversation.

In fact, their are parental right laws and it's time they are enforced.

Parents, you can find a California state Parent and Student Opt-Out notice written by a legal team to protect your parental rights on https://turnthetide.buzz/ under Take Action For Kids. Instructions are on there on how to implement it.

The deceitfulness from this board has been proven to be deliberate.

Anyone that stands behind this board stands behind these decisions.
Parents, please hear me. We need a board that will promote unity and inclusion of all
