Russia Takes Out The Electrical Grid - Changing War Tactics

Russia cuts power in Ukraine targeting civilian infrastructure. Russia was avoiding damaging civilian infrastructure as much as possible, until this weekend. Many area of Russia's opposition were cast into darkness as missiles from Russian forces took out a lot of the electrical grid. Ukraine's new offensive success, must be a surprise to the Russia and in turn they are retching up the attacks. If Russia goes after Kiev's electrical grid, bridges, railroads, etc. then you know things are about to really escalate. Tactical nukes are not off the table for Russia.
